hee... haven't been updating much because i get exhausted easily... today's my second day of work le. not at my grandma's shop anymore. time to get out of my comfort zone.. 2nd day of work seems a little better than the first day cos i'm getting more warmed up to the people and environment there... friendly and helpful people there, though i'm not so sure about the boss... seems a little scary and less forgiving:( but so far i've only worked for 12hours, so haven't get scolded yet. hope it'll carry on this way. 6 hours per day, $6 per hour, that means $36 per day. after subtracting $2 transport fare and abt $3 spent on lunch, i'm left with only $31! that's sad... when you see it this way, working at Oh Guan Lee is much better... anyway, it's not like i'll stop going down to the shop. my off days are sunday and monday, so i can still help out on sundays until cny is over.haiz, now i really know how nice it is to have a uniform... i dun have much clothes to start with, and working there doesn't allow me to where t-shirts and jeans, so i'm left with very very little clothes. really very little. not even enough to make up 5 sets, so i guess soon i'll have to wear my mum's or i'll have to buy... really don't like the idea of spending before i get my pay...anyway, talking abt work, i think the few minutes before work starts is worse for me. currently i still dun have a card to open the doors, so i've been loitering around the block! especially today. cos i didn't have an appetite for lunch, i only bought a slice of honeydew... so i kept walking round the block with the honeydew in my hand. there was this little boy that was sitting outside a bookshop, and i felt so weird! cos i know what he's thinking! "why is this weird jie jie walking rounds and rounds?!" i think i saw him shaking his head when i walked pass the third time! that 15mins was really torturing... so lonely and no place to sit down to emo...hope tmr will be a better day... i shall leave home later, no more loitering.
