i got call from the job agent on monday abt an interview at 11am on tues but rejected it in the end... main reason was because i dun have the formal attire stated and dun wish to spend money on it just for an interview that might not be successful.. anyway, after much thought, i think i'm not suited for that job. sales associate for all those high end stuff? i think it'll be too stressful for me... what if something goes missing? they'll make me pay!!! so anyway, i called up a student care centre recently cos i saw the advertisement in classified... it's in amk and quite convenient for me to get there, so i thought it'll be good if i can work there.. but when i called, the person said she need to call me again for an interview and asked for my contact no. and sch... and till now, she still haven't call... nyjc not good enough meh? and i won't ask for high salary lor, just give me a job that i can handle and i'll do it well de. so i really hope Xue Tang will call me soon and at least tell me about the job scope and working hours...by the way, i finally got some exercise ytd! although i end up eating back those calories that i lost, it still feels good. met jiahui at yio chu kang swimming complex at 8am and we swam till 10am. seriously i should go more often and learn to relax and swim properly. i can't swim more than 10m. but i'm glad that i learned breaststroke ytd. yes, i'll meet up with jia hui for a swim again someday..
after swimming, we went to amk hub to fill our empty stomach. then we walked to popular, browsed through some books and walked back to fairprice xtra to buy some stuff cos we decided to bake some cookies. after buying those stuff and lunch for my siblings and ourselves, we walked to my house. after 15years of knowing each other, this is the 1st time that jia hui came over to my house!
anyway, after all the swimming and walking, i'm pretty tired already, but i know that we have to start baking soon. in the end, jia hui and finished the baking and deco really late. she left at 6plus. it wasn't as successful as i hoped... the taste was fine, but we burnt the 1st batch, the icing was too hard to deal with and the chocolate didn't solidify.
haha... a fail Gu Jun Pyo... i actually took a photo of all the cookies together but forgot to save it, so too bad... they'll be kept in my short term memory... quite sad actually, cos we planned to give them to leting, wenyi and michelle today, but the gathering was cancelled:(
but i'm happy enough for the procedure and product of jia hui and my hardwork:) thanks jiahui for the whole of yesterday!
anyway, i think i'll be giving some to hz when i see him later tonight. he better know how to appreciate it. k, i shall go have lunch now, can hear my stomach growling le...
